Refund and Returns Policy

At Vinayak Motors, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns
  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all return requests.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Electrical parts and electronic components (due to high risk of damage during testing/installation).
  • Customized, specially ordered, or clearance items.
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or external factors.
Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Exchange Policy
  • If you ordered the wrong product, we can assist with an exchange for the correct part (subject to availability).
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
