Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all return requests.
Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical parts and electronic components (due to high risk of damage during testing/installation).
- Customized, specially ordered, or clearance items.
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or external factors.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Exchange Policy
- If you ordered the wrong product, we can assist with an exchange for the correct part (subject to availability).
- Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
